Big idea for the day - if major school systems xeri-scaped (i.e. put in low-water landscaping) their grounds, perhaps they could save dollars that could then be used for things like - oh, I don' know - books, computers, lowering class sizes. What about waterless urinals? If those were added to the mix, that could save a lot of water, too.
